Support New Zealand artists: It is important that we support our country’s artists and the licence fees you pay will be paid to the artist whose work is reproduced.
Visual Arts Licence Agreements: We offer both bespoke/individual licences, as well as licensing schemes for organisations that copy and use the works of multiple artists.
Auction House Licensing scheme: If you're operating an auction house, the CLNZ Auction House Licensing scheme is for you. Auction houses with current licence agreements are: Art+Object, International Art Centre, Webb's and Dunbar Sloane.

Negotiating and managing the copyright of your work for commercial or promotional purposes isn’t always easy. Our Auction House Licensing scheme helps you get paid when your art is reproduced in advertising and promotional materials on the secondary art market. We take care of negotiating terms of use, sending quotes and invoices to the organisation using your work, and arrange payment to you. There is no cost to sign up and you maintain 100% ownership of your work.
