- 1. Can I provide copies of extracts from published works to staff?
- You can provide single copies of extracts from published works to individuals who have asked for a copy of the material for research or private study. You cannot provide copies to staff who have not asked for the material.
- 2. Can we keep photocopies of extracts from newspapers and other works in our collection.
- No. You must hold the original work. You can only make a copy of any item in the collection of the library to preserve or replace that item in the collection in accordance with section 55 of the Copyright Act 1994.
